Top management of OJSC “Novaya Perevozochnaya Kompaniya” is in the rating of the Kommersant newspaper and Russian Association of Managers.

On Thursday, 25 September, Russian Business newspaper Kommersant published the results of the joint project of the publishing house bearing the same name and Russian Association of Managers – the rating of 1000 most professional managers of Russia. This rating has been detecting the most professional managers in the country, leaders in their industries and functional areas for a period of 9 years.

Director General of OJSC “Novaya Perevozochnaya Kompaniya” Valery Shpakov has been occupying one of positions of the rating of the superior leadership for a second year in a row. Again he has been named among the most professional managers of the transportation industry. This year the rating also includes the Deputy Director General for HR and Administrative Issues of OJSC NPK Vladimir Ryzhkov. He was named among the most professional HR directors in the sphere of transport.

The purpose of the «Top-1000» is to obtain objective, independent, comprehensive evaluation of the professional level of the Russian executives, which would fully reflect the professional capabilities of the companies’ managers taking into account modern specifics of the Russian business. According to the Association of Managers, the rating is based on the principle “the best choose the best”: top managers evaluate top managers, functional managers evaluate functional managers. Such principle allows obtaining the most objective evaluation of a manager’s professional reputation.
