Top management of NFC, JSC included in the rating of the Kommersant Newspaper and Russian Managers Association

On September 16, Kommersant, a leading Russian business newspaper, published the results of a joint project of the eponymous publishing house and Russian Managers Association - the 16th annual rating of Top 1000 Russian Managers.

For five consecutive years, Vyacheslav Stanislavsky, First Deputy Director General of New Forwarding Company, JSC, has occupied one of the leading positions in the rating of sales directors (third position out of eight sales directors in transportation industry enlisted in the rating). Vladimir Ryzhkov, Head of Human Resources and Administration of NFC, JSC, also entered the rating again. For the sixth time, he was ranked among the most qualified HR directors in the area of transportation. This year, he took the fourth position in the rating of the best HR managers in the area of transportation.

The purpose of Top 1000 is to obtain a fair assessment of skill level of the Russian top managers, which fully reflects professional skills of top management of companies and takes into account modern peculiarities of the Russian business.

It is worth noting that, traditionally, there are not many changes in the rating's list of business leaders where leading businessmen and managers of strategically important enterprises are represented. In general, as mentioned by Kommersant, this year's ratio of the rating renewal has declined: not taking top management into account, the list of the best Russian managers was renewed by 44% in 2015, compared to 56% last year (in 2013 - by 45%). In the opinion of experts, this reflects the strengthening and growth of significance of managerial chain in the country.
