OJSC NFC IS THE BEST RAILWAY OPERATOR IN 2010!

OJSC New Forwarding Company was awarded a prize as Best Railway Operator in 2010 within the 2010 Russian Railways Partnership Awards. The ceremony took place on December 7th as part of the 8th International Conference “Transportation Services Market: Cooperation and Partnership”. Valery Shpakov, Director General with OJSC NFC received the award from Vadim Morozov, First Vice-President of OJSC Russian Railways.

According to Valery Shpakov, the award proves the Company’s having selected an efficient policy aimed at provision of quality services to it customers. Today NFC occupies a leading position among railcar owners in terms of economic efficiency of operation and business methods on the whole.

100 % shares of OJSC New Forwarding Company are controlled by the Globaltrans Group, a group of companies owing the largest private railcar park in the Russian railway freight transportation market. With the Globaltrans Group’s support, within the 8th International Conference “Transportation Services Market: Cooperation and Partnership”, a round table discussion on pricing policy was held.
