The ceremony took place on December 7th as part of the 8th International Conference “Transportation Services Market: Cooperation and Partnership”. On July 16, 2010, the maiden bond issue of OJSC New Forwarding Company (NFC), a Russian subsidiary of Globaltrans Group was placed at the MICEX Stock Exchange. The bond issue value totals 3 bln. rubles (approx. 98 mln USD), with the maturity period of 5 years and the coupon rate of 9.25% per annum.
New Forwarding Company announces that Moody's Investors Service (“Moody’s”) has today assigned a (P)B1 rating with stable outlook to a 5-year RUB3 billion bond to be issued by New Forwarding Company (”NFC”). NFC is a Russian operating subsidiary Globaltrans Investment PLC, the largest private freight rail transportation group operating in Russia by the size of owned fleet.
IFC, a member of the World Bank Group, is providing Globaltrans, the largest privately owned freight rail transportation group operating in Russia, with a $30 million loan to partially finance expansion of the group’s rolling stock fleet, addressing the growing demand for freight rail transportation services and supporting economic growth.
New Forwarding Company has rendered the targeted support to the Russian Army. The company has presented and delivered computer hardware to the Red Banner Guard Missile Division of RFSP in the city of Kozelsk.
